Jordan dominated qualifying as a newcomer to the Mini Challenge when the season kicked off at Oulton Park in Cheshire on 31st March / 1st April, claiming pole position by 8 tenths of a second, beating the lap record by 2 seconds.
The second youngest driver on the grid, Collard continued his impressive debut finishing P2 in torrential race conditions on the Monday.
Jordan said:
“I couldn’t have asked for a better way to open the season making all of my pre-season work worth it. It’s a strong start to my championship fight, with a pole, a podium and lying second in the standing and leading the rookie championship.
